WHO WE ARE
PAI2C is a branch of the Pan African Information Communication Technology Association NPC,
established to provide employment opportunities to the youth we host under our internship programme(s) with the vision of developing the graduate unemployed youth from rural and peri-rural areas of the Eastern Cape.
The reality is that internship programmes cannot fully rely on industries to create employment opportunities for youth.
We foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement for the youth by offering them international digital courses that prepare them to have the competency, capacity in application development, artificial intelligence, data analysis, cybersecurity, and communications networks.
As a start-up, customer centricity is at the heart of our approach in driving retention, repeat business, enhancing customer loyalty, and accelerating business growth.

Our mission is to offer an excellent blend of technological digital
infrastructure and human capital (unemployed youth professionals)
to provide extraordinary customer care with an exceptional contact
centre experience.
